Jim Hogan passed away July 15, 2009. He is now riding his own sidecar rig in Heaven.

Join us for a fun over-night camp run to Ely Minnesota. Money raised this year will be donated to the "Area People / Families Challenged By MS" in Ely. Join us in this very worthwhile cause.

Jack Eudy has put a mini-campground in the forests/field/backyard at his house in Wrenshall Minnesota, 23 miles South of Duluth, and only 9 miles from the ride start in Cloquet. All are welcome to camp there Friday night before the ride. He's even built an outhouse that he says "is better than the one in the house". I'll let you judge that for yourselves... -- Sheldon

12th Annual Jim Hogan Fun Run

Note: We've changed the run from June to August this year.

RAIN OR SHINE, WE RIDE!

We will leave Gordy's Hi-Hat Drive Inn in Cloquet, Minnesota,
at 9:00am Saturday June 26, 2010.

We will stop for lunch the KB Drive-in on the way to Ely. There will be one gas stop on the way up.

We will meet the "Area People / Families Challenged By MS" at Semers' Park in Ely at
approximately 2:30 to give Jim Hogan and others, a motorcycle ride.

Free camping will be available at Semers' Park in Ely Saturday night.
There is a nice beach there so you may want to bring your swim suit.
Sunday after breakfast, we will head back to the Duluth area.

COST: donation of $20.00 per person, which includes ride admission, Saturday evenings
meal, and camping at Semers' park. Make checks payable to the "Ely Lion's".

The Jim Hogan Run is sanctioned by the American Motorcyclist Association. All participants will be required to sign a standard release form. Children under 18 require that the parent fills out a "minor release". Children unaccompanied by a parent will be required to have a notarized release from a parent.
