CANCELLED

January 3, 2012 - Bad news.  The 2012 Lake Superior Circle Tour is cancelled. 

The Wolf's Head Rally and Lake Superior Circle Tour is on hiatus.  The last few years there have not been enough registrations to make them even remotely profitable.  We may bring them back in the future but for now there will be no rally or tour until such time as the economy changes dramatically.

I'm so sorry, and wish it were otherwise.

Now the Good news!  I've decided to post, for all to see, the detailed itinerary for the tour that is usually reserved only for registered riders.  I'm hoping that this will encourage all to take their own tour around the BIG Lake.  I'll keep the photos from previous tours and rallies up and if anyone finds the information I'll be posting here of value maybe you'd consider making a donation to the hosting and maintenance of this site.  Any information you can send to correct or add to the site and especially the itinerary would be greatly appreciated.  And of course we'd love to post links to, or post here, your photos from your tour of the lake.

The 2011 Lake Superior Circle Tour will start and end at the Spirit Mountain Country Inn, Proctor Minnesota, near the top of Spirit Mountain, which overlooks Duluth Minnesota and Lake Superior.

Check out U.S. Customs for current documents that are required for you to re-enter the U.S. from Canada.  As well as using a U.S. Passport or Passport Card you may use the "Enhanced Driver's License" that are offered by some states.
